Honeynut Squash

Honeynut is a delicious new addition to the squash family, a colorful, cute little sidekick to its big brother butternut. It’s exceptionally sweet and tasty, and can be prepared and used in all the ways a butternut can.
Some cooks prize it as a side dish, or even as an hor’ dourve. Its seed cavity, though small, is often stuffed with a tasty nut, brown sugar and honey mix.
